Business Applications Support Analyst

Provide support for core business applications which include, but are not limited to AMS360, WorkSmart, BenefitPoint, Salesforce & One80 Fusion. Additional job functions include assisting the Operations department with various tasks and projects.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

The duties of the Business Applications Support Analyst include but are not limited to:

  • Provide customer-facing support for core business applications
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to prioritize, diagnose, and resolve customer issues
  • Respond to inquiries and requests via support tickets, phone, and email
  • Coordinate support assistance from vendors as needed
  • Assist with user inquiries regarding organizational workflows & procedures
  • Follow and assist in the creation of procedural documents
  • Monitor and clear integration error logs
  • Performing other operations related functions and duties as assigned

 Requirements and Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, in particular Microsoft M365 suite
  • Prior experience using Vertafore applications preferred
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge & proficiency in our core business applications
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, patience and concern for client issues
